At Lofty Rentals, we ask all guests to adhere to a few simple house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties, and guests must use designated outdoor areas if they wish to smoke. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pets are welcome at select properties, with prior approval for the Stylish 2-Bedroom Loft and advance notice for the Cozy 1-Bedroom Cottage. The Cosy City Centre Apartment does not allow pets. Occupancy limits vary by property: Cosy City Centre Apartment accommodates 2 adults, the Stylish 2-Bedroom Loft accommodates up to 4 adults, and the Cozy 1-Bedroom Cottage allows 2 adults plus 1 child. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Parking is available at the Stylish 2-Bedroom Loft and Cozy 1-Bedroom Cottage (1 vehicle per property), while the Cosy City Centre Apartment has no parking available. Please respect the property by keeping it tidy and disposing of trash properly. Finally, for your safety, ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
